Return & Refund Policy
At mywitchworld, every item is produced on demand. The following policy is designed to be fair to both customers and creators while reflecting the realities of print-on-demand production.

1. Order Cancellation
Because each item is made to order, cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, production may have already begun and the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Change-of-Mind Returns (Customer-Paid Shipping)
• Request within 7 days of delivery for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind, etc.)
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Returned items must meet the Return Requirements below
2.2 Product Issues (Seller-Paid Shipping)
• Report defects, damage, significant misprints, or items that differ materially from the listing within 30 days of delivery
• We will cover return or replacement shipping costs for verified product issues
• We may request photos or video to verify the problem before authorizing return shipping or refund

3. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following:
→ Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
→ Returned with original packaging and tags intact
→ In a condition that does not affect secondary sale
→ Sale items are final sale unless found to be defective

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days. The exact time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Undelivered / Missing Orders
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
• Provide proof of non-delivery (examples: photos of the delivery location, a note from the carrier)
• After verification, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund
• Please contact us within 24 hours of the carrier marking the package as delivered to begin the investigation

6. Special Situations
6.1 Refused Deliveries
• If a package is refused at delivery, refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned package
• Shipping fees will not be refunded
6.2 Unauthorized Returns
• If items are returned without prior authorization, we reserve the right to refuse the package
• Any resulting shipping or handling costs will be the customer's responsibility
6.3 Fraud Prevention
• We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds if items show signs of excessive wear, misuse, intentional damage, or if a claim appears fraudulent
